Through work, passion, and study, I have entered a territory still little explored in contemporary Europe: bone sculpture. Here, raw matter is not merely shaped — it is rewritten. A hunting trophy becomes an authentic object, with atmosphere and a life of its own. My pieces are not made to blend in. They are made to change the space — to deepen it, to charge it, to transform it. Art demands presence, and nature provides the proof. A vision.

Drawing on hunting trophies is a true form of relaxation. I love to create courage, innovation, and gratitude. I take inspiration from Cusack's Freehand Ornament by Charles Armstrong (Chapter on Elements, Principles, and Methods of Freehand Drawing). I enjoy following certain self-imposed rules, avoiding the overloading of the trophy while solving the balance problem between two opposing forces. Simplicity in sculpture is the supreme value that guides me—I remain calm and maintain a continuous movement when I draw and work on the bone. I see that special something through which the hunting trophy and its forms become a style, inviting the viewer to keep admiring it... like a symbol of nature that, somewhere, draws a dividing line.

I live and work in a small community at the foot of the forests in the Eastern Carpathians. Here, silence is not just a backdrop — it is part of the process. From this place, I draw the inspiration I need when working on my hunting clients’ trophies. We live in an age where this form of art can be shared more easily than ever. Technology opens the door to a world in which the hunting trophy becomes an artistic expression, and that confirms for me that the idea continues to grow, circulate, and provoke.
